LV Jointers

Linbrooke Services is a leading Network Engineering company operating throughout the UK, specialising in telecommunications networks for mainline rail and power distribution and protection. We undertake work on behalf of the distribution network operators in the Yorkshire and Humber region and the North East. Our service delivery ranges from asset renewal initiatives to faults, restoration and repairs.

We are looking for experienced LV Jointers to join our company to deliver new connection work, fault location and repair, and maintenance and construction activities associated with electrical distribution equipment.

The successful candidate will work across networks in Yorkshire and the North East, and ideally have existing authorisation to work on the CE Electric UK network. This contract supports the electricity distribution network and involves installation and refurbishment of High Voltage and Low Voltage Cables.

You will need to have experience of cable jointing at 11-22kV, knowledge of NRSWA, and an understanding of the fundamentals of AC and DC electrical supplies, transformer principles and circuit protection alongside earthing arrangements.

If you have CEEUK Authorisation, have worked at Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage up to 132kv and are interested in a staff position with a leading contractor, we would like to talk to you. It is essential that you have experience in the UK electricity supply and distribution industry.
